Cancellation & Replacement Policy

The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed are as follows:

• The wrong product was sent.
• The product was defective or damaged in shipping.
• Customers can cancel their orders if they’re still in “the process stage” meaning if the books are still in the “requested” status as books cannot be cancelled if they are in the “available” status or the “forwarded” one.
• It is possible to communicate directly by phone of email to cancel or modify the order, and we will cooperate with the customer in event that the order has not yet been sent.
